It takes a lot of work to make a gun look this beat!
This is an Egyptian Maadi, an AKM originally made sometime in 1988. It has been expertly rebuilt on a new receiver and barrel by yours truly.
The paint was applied to the receiver, barrel, and rear sight block + front trunnion (stripped by the previous owner) and painstakingly matched to the original parts, including preserving the engravings in the white.
All steel parts have a parkerized finish under the paint for maxiumum durability and authenticity.
