Available for the first time in over a decade, 1/2x28 threaded barrels for the Makarov!
They are chambered in 380 ACP, and fit all patterns, including commercial IJ-70s.
If your Makarov was originally 9x18, there are no additional parts required to convert to 380. Just this barrel!
These fit the following Makarovs:
- Russian, including commercial models and double stack
- Bulgarian
- Chinese
- East German
These do not fit:
- CZ-82, CZ-83
- P-64
- PA-63
- P84
- PM-63
The Makarov barrel is too thin to use a shoulder mount, these require a suppressor with a face indexing mount. Use of a shoulder mount will damage the barrel and void your warranty.
I have some face mount pistons available here.
I just bought and tested one of the Trilug mounts from Sovereign Development and I'm glad to say they work with my barrels!

Jigs are available here. They are currently out of stock but will be coming back.
Edit: The eBay seller has stopped responding. Another manufacturer is spinning up production of some improved jigs.
