These 1/2-28 SN pistons from SilencerCo make the perfect adapter for your threaded Makarov barrel!
These are face indexing, exactly what's needed for skinny barrels like the Makarov and Glock 43.
You will also need a fixed barrel spacer for use on a Makarov! I am not currently offering these spacers due to the variation between suppressors. Ask your manufacturer if you're not sure which one you need.
